All Scoolam content, including 3D videos, infographics, study notes, MCQs and designs, is created by and belongs to Sonvaan Media Production, unless stated otherwise. When you buy from us, you get a licence to use the content as described below. You do not get ownership of it, except where section 4 says so.

1. Infographics and bundles
You get a personal and classroom licence. You may:
- Use the infographics for your own study and revision.
- Print copies for yourself, or for your students in a class you teach.
- Show them on screen while teaching, including in live online classes.
You may not:
- Sell, share, upload or give away the files, in full or in part.
- Post them on social media, websites or apps without written permission.
- Remove the Scoolam name or claim you made them.
- Use them in paid courses, books or products you sell, unless we have agreed in writing.
2. Study notes
Study notes are for the buyer's personal use only. Each purchase is for one person. You may print them for yourself, but you may not copy, share, resell or upload them anywhere.
3. 3D Video Library membership
While your membership is active, you may:
- Download the library videos without a watermark.
- Post them on social media accounts that you own or manage, such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.
- Add your own captions, voice-over, music and branding.
You may not:
- Resell, share or give away the video files, or offer them as stock footage.
- Claim that you created the original animations.
- Use them in TV, film, paid ads or paid courses without a separate written licence from us.
- Share your membership access with other people.
After you cancel: posts you published while your membership was active can stay online. You may not publish any new posts using library videos after your membership ends.
4. Custom 3-Video Pack and custom work
- Once you have paid in full, you get full rights to use your custom videos for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.
- We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio and on our own social media pages, unless we agree otherwise in writing before the project starts.
- Our 3D models, tools and templates used to make the videos stay ours and may be reused in other projects.
- Music and sound effects are used under their own licences. We will tell you about any limits on where they can be used.
5. Free content
Videos, infographics and posts on our website and social media pages are free to watch and share using the platform's own share button. Downloading, re-uploading or re-posting them without permission is not allowed.
6. Breaking these terms
If you break these terms, your licence ends straight away, without a refund, and you must stop using and delete the content. We may also take further action to protect our work.
